Among this growing treasury of wise words from across the decades are the recollections and insights from saints gone by who lived and obtained “life in His name,” and dared to believe and act on all that Jesus taught and commissioned.

Mostly devotional in style, the selected articles, teachings, quotes, testimonies and poetry found here are the legacy of anointed and faithful ministers, evangelists and missionaries who accepted the call to present themselves as living sacrifices to the person and purposes of the Lord Jesus Christ, and demonstrated the true and full Christian life, a life on the altar.

Their aim in writing, and our aim in sharing, is to offer you, Dear Reader, Godly and heart felt encouragement. Encouragement to walk in the ways of The Kingdom of God which are contrary to the natural mind, encouragement in the living reality of the indwelling Spirit of the life of Christ, encouragement to be faithful to Christ Himself in the face of misunderstanding and opposition, and encouragement to have hope as you see His Hand in difficulties, and encouragement not to be deterred from desiring God’s will above your own.

Their hope and ours, is that these testimonies and insights will not be merely interesting or entertaining, or even motivational, but that they will sow to the Spirit that which will endure; an unshakable and acting confidence in the Word of God, and unswerving loyalty and realised union with the Risen Lord Jesus Christ.
